How we do that?
We usually provide the seed funding ourselves to bring the concept to reality. When the value proposition is more visible, we find venture capitalists and angel investors. We have deep rooted existing contacts with these people and we are continuously improving them for future. For the scientists and technologists, we look into the details of what skills they have in which domains. Based on whatever little experience we have, we suggest them the best way they can convert their skills into something that is needed by others and can earn them a good return on intellect. We reject most such proposals as we see them over ambitious for our given environment. We beef up some proposals as we see them too trivial to justify our involvement. We change direction of some proposals as we see that they are more geared towards theoretical excellence rather than commercial business. We are in a continuous process of maturing our development processes and making them as much efficient as possible. This process maturity is shared with all Advanced Communications start ups.For the business development, marketing and sales people, we provide to them an excellent product that would sell and allow them to maximize their return on intellect. We have an existing chain of distributors, value added resellers and channel partners. We are continuously improving upon our business development, marketing and sales strategies. This process maturity and chain of channel partners is available to all Advanced Communications start ups. Finally for investors, we provide them the engine that will drive their RoIe. A good high tech idea already conceived into reality and a mature business plan on how to push that idea to realize its full potential in world markets.
